Frequently asked questions

Does my furniture stay in the same truck that the furniture removalist in Perth picked it up in?

If you are moving from one house to another on the same day, your furniture will be picked up and delivered in the same vehicle. If you are moving interstate, through our interstate furniture removalists network (AMG), your furniture may be re-stowed at the depot and made ready for a longer journey.

Do I need to be at the uplift or delivery?

An authorized representative is required at both uplift and delivery. If you cannot attend, please arrange for a person to act as your agent to take delivery of your goods at the time agreed upon.

Alternatively you may make arrangements to store your goods, at additional charge, until you can take delivery.
